in wathcing you yo, you yo forward and backwards, but there is no pattern in when you do either. why not yo from the same way all the time. I am left handed and so have to reverse everything i see, but when i yo, i pull the yarn over from the back and then pull thru. i don't understand why you do both. thanks, Adell eisenhower@sbcglobal.net
I tend to yo in whatever manner it is comfortable... Sometimes I do it because it seems easier to hold the yarn on the hook as I go through... I don't think that it really will matter in the overall product. I have not seen anything noticeable (haha had to actually go check!) in the completed product, I actually never noticed that I do that!
Thank you so much for this demonstration. I have been crocheting over 30 years and never knew about this until now. I'll try it on a headband for my granddaughter.
